As ISSDA, in collaboration with Ford Otosan, at the container cities established by Koç Holding in Adıyaman and Kahramanmaraş, conduct psychosocial activities and sessions to support the well-being of youth affacted by the earthquake Additionally, we offer guidance and mentoring services to enhance their careers.
Project Components
Career Development
Training and workshops are conducted to enhance personal development of youths and to overcome factors hindering them from reaching their dreams. These workshops include topics such as CV preparation, Interview Techniques, Improving Presentation Skills etc..
Personal and Social Development Activities
Trainings, workshops are designed to empower youths based on their specific needs and characteristics, enabling them to establish routines before the earthquake.
Personal and Group Therapies
At our Youth Centers, individual therapy sessions, therapeutic sharing groups, and workshops for psychoeducation are provided with the aim of increasing the well-being of young people.
